To choose the size of your helmet, simply measure your head circumference and refer to our size guide on all our product sheets. Advice is given to you, if you find yourself between two sizes.

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to return your product free of charge for a return or an exchange.

Once your request has been accepted, a return label will be sent to you.

We have a processing time for returns and exchanges of 14 days upon receipt of your return package. You are then directly re-credited with the amount on your means of payment.

If you are unable to access your account, even by resetting your password, this means that you did not create an account when ordering, this is not mandatory on our site.

Usually in 24 to 48 hours. Orders are processed daily from Monday to Friday. Orders placed over the weekend are processed on Monday.
