You will need to bring:

Yes, we offer free delivery to a collection point for purchases over €75.

You can exchange and return your items within a maximum of 30 days after the delivery date.

Beyond these 30 days, we do not accept exchanges or returns.

We remind you that exchanged or returned products must:

• be in new condition
• never have been used
• be in their original packaging
• accompanied by all accessories, documents and instructions

Yes, we offer free exchanges.

During the exchange process you can simply choose another model, size or color in order to obtain a return label automatically.

Yes, returns are free.

We even cover the return shipping costs when you opt for a credit refund on the Max And The City website.

Return shipping costs will nevertheless remain your responsibility in the event of a full refund to the payment method used when ordering.
