How does the fall detector work?

The helmet is equipped with an accelerometer that detects an impact and automatically sends an alert to your pre-registered contacts via the Cosmo Connected mobile app.

How long does the LED light battery last?

Battery life varies depending on the lighting mode used. On average, it lasts eight to ten hours and charges easily via a USB-C port in about two hours.

What lighting modes are available?

The helmet offers four lighting modes: steady, slow flashing, fast flashing and night mode, to adapt to different visibility conditions.

How does the helmet insurance offer work?

The personal accident insurance included with the Cosmo Fusion+ helmet covers medical, hospitalization, and rehabilitation expenses, as well as compensation for loss of income or death. It remains valid even if you change your micromobility mode.

How do I benefit from insurance with my Cosmo Fusion Premium helmet?

Once you've purchased your headset, you'll need to register it in the Cosmo Connected app. Insurance activation is done directly through the app with a subscription tailored to your needs.
