Le pliant certifié le plus léger

Le Foldylock Mini pèse 0,89 kg. Seatylock le présente comme l'antivol pliant le plus léger certifié Sold Secure Silver, là où les pliants de niveau comparable pèsent en général 1,2 à 1,5 kg.

Ses maillons en acier trempé sont reliés par des rivets protégés contre le sciage, et son cylindre de standard automobile résiste au perçage et au crochetage.

Pour les arrêts courts et la trottinette

Replié, il mesure 17,5 x 6 cm et se range dans son support ou dans un sac. Ses 75 cm attachent un cadre à un arceau, une trottinette électrique ou un vélo pliant.

Le Mini suffit-il pour un vélo électrique ?

Pour un arrêt court en journée, oui. Pour un vélo électrique garé longtemps ou la nuit dehors, nous conseillons un antivol de niveau supérieur, ART 3 étoiles ou Sold Secure Gold, ou d'ajouter un second antivol.

75 cm, est-ce assez long ?

Assez pour le cadre et un arceau ou un poteau fin. Il ne permet pas de prendre en plus une roue ni d'entourer un arbre. Si vous attachez souvent à du mobilier épais, choisissez une version de 90 cm ou plus.

Peut-on l'utiliser pour une trottinette électrique ?

Oui, sa taille et son poids conviennent aux trottinettes : passez-le dans le cadre ou la colonne de direction et autour d'un point fixe.

Le support est-il fourni ?

Oui, l'antivol est livré avec son support de transport, 3 clés et une carte pour commander des doubles.

Que signifie Sold Secure Silver ?

Sold Secure est un organisme britannique indépendant qui teste les antivols. Le niveau Silver correspond à une protection intermédiaire, au-dessus du Bronze et en dessous du Gold et du Diamond.

Résiste-t-il à une meuleuse ?

Non. Aucun antivol portable ne résiste indéfiniment à une meuleuse sur batterie. Un antivol bien certifié fait perdre du temps au voleur et le dissuade : c'est ce qui fait renoncer la plupart des tentatives.
